Alive & Connected

Online Community

Sometimes, the world around us doesn’t reflect who you truly are. You might feel unseen, unheard, or disconnected. These feelings are real, but they don’t mean you’re alone—or that something is wrong with you.

To embody the relational life you truly desire, you need more than just individual effort. It takes a safe, supportive community that welcomes your vulnerability and helps you grow beyond limiting beliefs and outdated relational patterns.

Alive & Connected is a trauma-integrating community for connection, practice, and growth. It’s for anyone seeking community support to deepen their embodiment, relational skills, and self-acceptance while being truly seen.

How it works

We’ll meet every Tuesday from 17:30 to 19:00 CET, creating a 90-minute container for growth and connection.

  • Embodiment Practice (10 min): Engage in movement activities such as dance, shaking, Qi Gong, or stretching to ground in the body.

  • Presence and Check-in (10 min): Practice somatic tracking and connect with fellow participants in breakout rooms or as a group.

  • Theme of the Week:

    • Theory/Discussion (once a month): Explore teachings on trauma theory, nervous system regulation, and secure attachment. Includes Q&A and worksheets.

    • Circle Somatica (twice a month): Share personal experiences within a connected and embodied field. Receive coaching and reflections from Buster and the group.

    • Embodiment and Intimacy Practices (once a month): Engage in non-verbal relational exercises (e.g., somatic safety exploration, online primal play) and share findings.

  • Closing (5 min): Conclude with appreciations and community announcements.

Feedback and Adaptation:
Your participation shapes this group. Feedback ensures the space evolves to meet your needs—whether it’s adding new practices or adjusting formats. Together, we co-create this community.
