Designed for facilitators, practitioners, leaders, and those on the path of personal growth, this immersive experience will equip you with the tools to create deeper, more fulfilling connections—in both your personal and professional lives.

Why Trauma 2 Trust?

To heal and grow relationally, we must address the effects of trauma and how it shapes our nervous system, attachment styles, and relational patterns. This training offers you the opportunity to:

  • Cultivate resilience and authentic connection in your relationships.

  • Learn tools to regulate your nervous system and co-regulate with others.

  • Expand your capacity for leadership, intimacy, and presence.

  • Embody a deeper understanding of trauma and attachment theory.

Whether you’re a professional looking to enhance your practice or an individual eager to dive deeper into your personal evolution, this training meets you where you are—and takes you further.

What You’ll Experience

This experiential training emphasizes embodied learning, where you’ll explore:

  • Relational Practices: Deepening connection through paired breathing meditations, somatic sharing, and boundary work.

  • Embodiment Practices: Using somatic awareness, movement meditations, breath, and sound to reconnect with your body.

  • Trauma & Attachment Theory: Gaining a deeper understanding of how trauma shapes relationships—and how to heal it.

  • Facilitation Skills: Strengthening your ability to lead groups and create safe, connected spaces.

  • Collaborative Exploration: Learning in a group setting where shared insights and practices enhance the experience for all.

This isn’t just a workshop—it’s a dynamic, co-created environment where everyone learns from each other while being guided by the expertise and warmth of Buster Rådvik.

Who Is This For?

This training is ideal for:

  • Group facilitators, coaches, and therapists looking to refine their skills.

Meet Your Facilitator

Buster Rådvik (MA)
Founder of Path of Relating and Embodied Intimacy Training

With over two decades of experience as a psychotherapist and facilitator, Buster specializes in trauma, attachment, and embodiment. His warm and grounded approach creates a safe and transformative environment where participants can explore relational dynamics with authenticity and depth.

"Buster's way of passing on his learned knowledge and experience is also a great example of how we can learn and grow as humans—namely, in a playful way. Since you learn the most when you understand it yourself on a deep, physical level, his lessons—based primarily on self-experience—are also so sustainable. The 5 days are always stimulating, entertaining, touching, and enriching, even when exploring serious topics such as trauma."
Dr. Med Matthias Lange, Specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy

"Buster is a fearless champion of full expression. In the decade-plus I have known him, we have collaborated on countless events, shared living spaces on three continents, and gone through all the ups and downs. He is an excellent therapist with an eagle eye, always hunting for the shadow, for what's not being said. He's skilled with trauma recovery. And he loves dramatic crisis—the messiness of intimacy and relationship. The breakdowns, breakthroughs, and repairs."David Cates, Facilitator and Mentor
