We warmly welcome you to this special evening event…
Are you sometimes longing for a supportive community to turn to throughout your relational journey?
Maintaining a long-term relationship can be challenging, and often couples struggle in isolation.
That's why we're excited to invite you to our gathering of relational empowerment.
We believe…
A couple needs a tribe to thrive
You are not meant to relate as a couple isolated from your community
You are not designed to do this alone
We would like to create a space for you to come together and support each other on our relational paths.
Together, sourced in the collective intelligence of community and personal experience, we would like to explore how to create the support, knowledge, and guidance needed to navigate the inevitable challenges of committed partnerships.
Facing these challenges together transforms them from being "problems“ needing to be "fixed“, into a gateway leading to a new depth of intimacy, resilience, and aliveness.
Our goal is to create a supportive community where we can:
Practice strategies for improved communication
Receive helpful embodiment tools that support you to stay regulated
Gain insights into resolving recurring conflict
Deepen your emotional connection with your partner
Build a stronger, more fulfilling partnership
Activities include:
Paired communication exercises
Education on relational themes
Forum sharing and interactive discussion
Embodiment exercises
Demos and experiential practices
Fishbowl relationship sessions
Throughout the event there will be space for interactive sharing and opportunities to connect with other couples who share your experiences.
