Friday Evening: The Opening Circle
We begin by dropping into presence, grounding our collective journey through embodied awareness practices. In this sacred container, we'll explore how we relate to intimacy, sensuality, and sexuality from within a regulated nervous system. Through ritual, music, and voicework, we open up for the unity of the group, creating an atmosphere that allows us to open and receive, bridging the sacred with our bodies and each other.
Throughout the workshop, you'll be invited to explore and share your personal story—the experiences that have shaped your relationship with intimacy, sensuality, and sexuality. What patterns have emerged in your way of relating? What beliefs and experiences have influenced your journey? This gentle excavation creates space for understanding and sets the foundation for transformation.

We dive deep into three powerful gateways of human connection:
Sensuality Gateway: Through breath, sound, movement, and touch, we awaken to the intelligence of our sensual bodies. Here, we celebrate the pure pleasure of being embodied through improvised, non-goal-oriented interactions. Let your body's natural wisdom guide you into deeper presence. We'll explore your current relationship with sensuality—where you feel free and where you hold back.
Intimacy Gateway: Crossing the threshold of vulnerability, we open to profound connection with ourselves and others. Through somatic tracking, eye gazing, wordless subtle movement practices, authentic sharing, and gentle touch, we discover what becomes possible when we truly allow ourselves to be seen. You'll have space to reflect on your journey with intimacy—past experiences, present challenges, and future longings.
Sexuality Gateway: Enter the realm of creative life force energy through playful exploration. We approach arousal and energetic expression with embodied attunement and deep listening, allowing desire and connection to flow naturally through movement, breath, and sound. Together, we'll explore your relationship with sexuality—acknowledging where you are now and envisioning where you wish to grow.

Buster Rådvik (MA) is a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and founder of Path of Relating and The Embodied Intimacy Training. With over two decades of experience, Buster creates spaces where transformation becomes not just possible but irresistible. Having lived in conscious communities that celebrate transformative approaches to sexuality and relating, Buster’s background allows him to guide others with depth, compassion, and understanding, creating a safe space for exploring the sacred dimensions of intimacy, sensuality, and sexuality.
Mara Mehrunissa
Mara is a Vocalist, Musician, and Workshop Facilitator based in Berlin. With a M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and Empowerment she holds a deep care and fascination for the human psyche and the way human beings relate and communicate with each other. With her spiritual background of Universal Sufism, from an early age she has been in touch with honoring the Oneness all spiritual traditions.She has a deep dedication to creating spaces of sacredness and connection. Women’s Empowerment is a theme that’s close to her heart, as well as addressing the collective feminine trauma and finding ways to move with and beyond it. Through Music, Voice Work and Embodiment she carries these elements into the world, hosting conscious events and workshops
